These Terms of Service govern your use of Ripe Lead, Inc.'s missed-call autoresponder service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. This is a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
The service
Ripe Lead answers your missed calls with automated SMS/WhatsApp replies, shares booking links, and can request reviews. Features and limits depend on your plan and may change over time.
Your responsibilities
You must use the service lawfully, including obtaining any consent required to message your contacts (TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and similar rules). You are responsible for the content of your templates and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Acceptable use
No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content. We may suspend accounts that put our messaging deliverability or other customers at risk.
Plans, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime; access to paid features ends at the close of the billing period. Phone numbers and usage above plan limits may incur charges.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Telephony and messaging delivery depend on third-party carriers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ripe Lead is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed leads or messages caused by carrier or third-party failures.
